A typical Ã'Â¼ cow will be 110-120 lbs. of edible beef consisting of 4-5 T-Bones Steaks(1" thick); 5-6 Ribeye Steaks(1" thick); 5-6 sirloin steaks(1" thick); 1 Beef Brisket; 4-5 Roasts and 65-70 lbs of ground beef packaged in 2 lbs packs. They are sculpted from low fire white clay and fired to 2,000 degree in her kiln.. Then to enhance the design and texture, they are glazed with lead free/food safe finishes and fired for a second time. Since all of her pieces are hand built, each one is original and are created to be not only pretty by also to serve a purpose in your home.
